The Larson LSi 212 is a bowrider that bridges the gap between the sporty Larson SEi models and the luxurious Larson LXi. At 20 feet 6 inches in length, it shares its fast-planing Delta-VEC running surface with the Larson LXi 210, and the LXi exterior graphics, including a soft beige base gelcoat with a choice of four accent stripe colors. The cockpit design of the LSi 212 is exclusive to this boat, starting with a walk-through transom that provides easy access from the full-width swim platform to the cockpit. The cockpit has a full fiberglass liner that incorporates consoles and the base for an L-shaped bench that wraps around the port side of the cockpit. That seat terminates at the port console in an angled backrest that's perfect for lounging. The port console houses a large storage compartment, accessed through a hatch in the walk-through to the bow, that's deep enough to hold the boat's mooring cover, PFDs or a medium-size cooler. At the helm, a curved dash holds a complete set of engine instruments. The driver gets a swiveling bucket suspension seat with a flip-up bottom cushion that creates more legroom for standing at the helm. A Clarion CD stereo with 100-channel Sirius satellite radio receiver and four speakers is standard, as is a carry-on cooler and snap-in cockpit carpeting. The interior is finished in the same soft, beige gelcoat as the hull, with monochromatic vinyl beige tones to enhance the interior. The effect is rich and subdued, like the interior of a luxury automobile. In the bow, the seat back cushions are curved at the consoles for comfortable lounging. There is deep, finished storage below the bow seats. Base power in the Larson LSi 212 is a 190-hp 4.3-liter V6 sterndrive from Volvo Penta or MerCruiser, with power options up to a 280-hp V8 available. A custom EZ Loader trailer with brakes is standard. Options include a variety of canvas top choices, an extended swim platform, portable air compressor, and docking lights.
